Remember the day Orion's shadow fell from the sky,
and only the stars knew to ask why?
Shouldered the quiver, the Hunter took flight,
leaving the Guide, so all might look right,
Making sure those watching still see the light.
The stars knew the question.
The answer left unmentioned.
The sun would scream,
The moon would sigh,
As the watchers dreamed,
The comets scream as the arrow flies -
The Hunter's mark to crack the sky.
